Best Approach to Getting Flat Stomach

Best Approach to Getting Flat Stomach for Working Professionals

People find it difficult in reducing the waist area. No doubt.

But what is the reason for this?

Why is this difficult?

How long does it take to flatten out the belly area?

What should one do to narrow down the waist?

Read on to get more clarity around the aspect of getting a flat stomach.

Mindset:

Most people don’t have a set goal along with a deadline added to it. They mindlessly workout and stand in front of the mirror or step onto the scale. But before they do, I’ve seen they close their eyes and pray. Like a moment of truth or something. People want a perfect body result pronto. But let me tell you this. Hoping and praying is not a good strategy. Unfortunately, there ain’t no guess work in nature.

You need to develop high quality habits and behaviour which is going to determine your action for the rest of your day. And this will not happen day in and day out unless your deadline isn’t fast approaching. If there is no deadline to your goal, you form a disease called procrastination. Which is probably deadlier than a HIV.

Every time, anyone gets onto a journey, patience is one thing that they lack. I’m telling you this because I was there and it’s not a good place to be. Every 2 hours I’ll tape my stomach and see where I’m heading. Almost everyday I’ll be walking on a weight scale and feel like a miserable piece of “you know what I mean”.

All of us want to look good. But did you know we eat for ourself and dress for others? Psychology says. I don’t know why I added that line. But you learnt something.

Anyway, MINDSET — THOUGHTS — GOAL — ACTION — HABITS. Everything is interconnected. And if these elements are not in sync, then your results are far far. Getting in shape is simple. But it ain’t easy. And taking dumb by action watching some video or getting a program makes it harder than ever.

It’s a structured learning approach you need to take. And once you do, then you won half the battle. And this is what I teach in my coaching system. And all of this you can get it done from the comfort of your home.

Genetics:

Indians have got pretty weak genetics. There is no deny in that. And with the food that we consume makes it even more sad.

France consumes the more cheese in the world. But they never look like they do. The fat is spread across and not 1 particular area. But that is not the case in India. Indians have a fairly nutritious meal spread. But the problem is with the portion of the food and its timing. It is never balanced and its ridiculous. Genetics contributing a pretty good role making the belly pop out for most and for some it’s the other areas. Which brings me to the next topic.

Nutrition:

Your plate must contain balance. We care deeply about the quantity and not the quality.

We care about the lip smacking YUMMY

We care about MORE in our plate

We care about the LOOK — like we going to marry the food

We care about the SMELL.

But we never care about what it’s doing to our body.

One question that you should as yourself before any meal — Is this going to help me or harm me.

Knowledge:

The 2nd big thing when it comes to most areas of life, the one thing that is lacking. Hard work is certainly good. But when the hard work is by taking wrong actions? And that’s where I see most people suffer but not achieving what they want / desire. Eventually it comes to a point where you ask yourself “Is it all worth it” and then you go back your regular self.

Approach:

Take these approaches and you will never get fat.

SET A GOAL — TAKE MASSIVE ACTION — BE CONSISTENT.

Set a specified goal with a realistic target. Preferably 1–1.5 kgs of fat per week. You can lose more weight. But the problem is you won’t be losing much fat.

Take massive action — by working out consistently. Mix strength and cardio. Approximately 70% and 30% into your schedule. Eat on time and never skip your food. That will massive result.

Be consistent — depending upon your weight and body type, you would take approximately 3months on the best case scenario to 6 months on the worst case. But is it possible? Yes of course by all means, it is certainly possibly. Without a question.
